Ok usually when I make wg bingsu, I use a thin base and jam pack it, but something told me to change it up this time and I’m so glad I did because I LOVE this! It’s glossy, but has a creaminess to it. It’s got some heft but it’s not too heavy or droopy and it’s definitely thicker than I would normally do. This is crispy and crunchy with very minimal tack and no fallout. It’s the “softer” foil type bingsu so it’s non abrasive to tofu hands. It gets bubbly and crackly and the Bingsu helps it inflate fast!

The scent is strawberry cereal. This is a purposefully artificial strawberry and milk scent that will have you instantly transported to Saturday morning cartoons as a kid.
