It’s a kglue thickie

Scented antique bookstore

This is the first kglue blend thickie I’ve made in quite some time and I always forget how much I love them. There’s a soft, silky quality to them that’s different from American glues. This one is thick, juicy and resistant. It feels like playing with a thick custard. The pops are sharp and the letter beads help trap air, making this very easy to inflate. I chose the lavender color to compliment the letter beads and I love the finished product!

The scent is really the star here. Scented like a small, old, charming bookstore with notes old, dusty pages, worn leather and dried ink. This isn’t the perfume interpretation of an antique bookstore, this is a photorealistic depiction of walking into a charming, warm, slightly dusty bookstore that immediately feels like home. I can’t stop opening this one to smell it. It tickles a corner of my memories that I can’t quite reach.
