I tweaked the texture just a little to now be my soufflé texture which is a blend of different glues, a lot of Snow and a smidge of clay. The result is a super sizzly, chubby, frothy and foamy texture that feels a lot like playing with sherbet or gelato. Although there’s a lot of snow, it’s very well structured and had good resistance and will even make soft pops though the sizzles are the star. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTrue to its name, this smells like fresh mango sorbet. It’s fruity, sweet and a little creamy.
