It’s glossy, but has a creaminess to it. It’s got some heft but it’s not too heavy or droopy and it’s definitely thicker than I would normally do. This is crispy and crunchy with very minimal tack and no fallout. It’s the “softer” foil type bingsu so it’s non abrasive to tofu hands.
